The established and budding talent that we represent is both in front of and behind the camera. We are doing this to primarily build a community. We rep the changemakers, the pioneers, the voices of the future. We come at this from a diverse perspective, promoting often underrepresented minorities and bringing their talents to the forefront. We sign and manage talent as both agents and representatives in specific brand deals all handled through the agent Big Smoke Brand Management.

1 + 1 Production

Our 1PLUS1 production group currently has 6 projects in development. We want to tell stories that have meaning and resonance with where the world is at right now, and how we might change it through a story. Narrative is a powerful tool to make a change or bring light to topics and stories that need telling. Our vision is to be internationally recognised as the number 1 distributor of Black British stories, enabling networks to share authentic representations of different cultures on the global stage.

Our LIVE department will work with promoting both Skepta and our distinguished talent pool through a variety of mediums. Performances, experiential brand activations, pop ups, and festivals. We work with dedicated people to produce wow events utilising our dynamic

We are working with app designers on some up-and-coming projects that will be announced in 2023. We are always looking to partner digitally and stay ahead in the tech world- be that in apps, the metaverse, NFT’s and beyond!
